This
could range from assisting an attorney with divorce cases, to helping bankruptcy courts locate potentially hidden assets,
including money. Further, we are able to assist in locating money in
money
laundering cases. Litigation support is typically done in a
consulting capacity only – meaning that the work will become
privileged as
attorney work product. Efforts are
frequently coordinated with our digital forensics and surveillance staff.
Expert Witness
Phoenix:DFS
has financial specialists who are
able to testify as expert witnesses, especially in the areas of fraud; along with
accounting software, specifically QuickBooks Pro and Tenant Pro.
Master or Special Master
A Master
is an expert/specialists who is appointed by a court of law to assist in a certain matter. A Special Master is
one who is appointed by a court of law to represent its interests.
